We want you to have the best possible waxing experience. Please take a few minutes to read our policies and helpful tips below.

1. We have a $25 late cancellation/reschedule, and no-show fee
2. We require 24-hour notice for changes and allow a 6-minute grace period. Late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or arrivals over 6 minutes late may be required to pay the $25 fee. Please plan ahead for traffic and weather.
3. Hair must be AT LEAST a half inch long which means no waxing, trimming or shaving for the past four weeks.
4. We CAN wax you during your period. Just use a tampon or a menstrual cup (please do not cut the tampon string)
   
5. **If you’re 6+ months pregnant and haven’t visited us at least 3 times in the last 6 months, we will be unable to wax you.
6. Kids are allowed at all appointments as long as they are able to sit down and stay in their seat.
7. For best results: drink plenty of water, exfoliate & moisturize the area being waxed the night before, and wear loose fitting clothing to your appointment.
8. IMPORTANT: if you have taken Accutane / Isotretinoin OR received treatment for cancer (chemo and/or radiation) within the past 12 months, we will be unable to wax you.
